When you book with us, you can be guaranteed that there are no hidden charges.
HOW WE CHARGE
We charge on an hourly rate, depot to depot drive time, load/unload time.
All moving charges are calculated in 15min increments from our Busselton depot to load up location, unload location and return to depot indcluding drive time.
Weekday rates are our cheapest rates.
We can offer Saturdays at time & half, Sundays and Public Holidays at double time rates as we pay penalty rates to our employees.
Rates may vary due to season and peak times.

SURCHARGES
Surcharges are applicable for the following: Stairs, Extra heavy items (solid timber/extra heavy furniture, pianos, pool tables etc). Surcharges will be discussed with clients by our team on the job and agreed to with our clients prior to items that fall under these categories being moved by the removal team.
​
Extra heavy or specialty items incur additional charges per item at load location and unload location depending on access details.
Stairs at either property will incur additional charges depending on the number of items and the logistics being moved up or down stairs.

WHATS INCLULDED IN OUR CHARGES
Drive time to and from the properties to depot. Experienced, professional removal team, transit insurance, 45m3 Pantech Truck with 2 tonne tail lift, packing blankets & straps to ensure your belongings are kept safe and secure.
Booking confirmation payment may be requested on booking.

PAYMENTS
Full payment or remaining payments are to be made on the completion of the job prior to the removalists leaving site.
Late fees apply to late payments.

Our clients are predominately located in the Busselton, Margaret River, Dunsborough, Capel and surrounding southwest regions, however we do cater for clients requiring a larger travelling distance.
